Butte County Passages

Passages supports senior nutrition programs through service agreements in local communities. Meals are served at local senior nutrition centers or delivered to the home. Butte County Great Plates

In response to COVID-19, Butte County is offering the Great Plates partnership program with local restaurants and catering services to assist in delivery 3 prepared meals to qualifying seniors in the community.

Colusa County Senior Nutrition Program

Tehama County Meals on Wheels

Tehama County’s Senior Nutrition Program that provides a free meal to seniors at the Red Bluff Community Center OR for those over 60 that are physically or mentally challenged and unable to attend a dining site meals can be delivered. Nutritionally balanced meals are delivered Monday-Friday. Yuba Sutter Meals on Wheels

Home-delivered meals are available to seniors’ age of 60 and older in Yuba & Sutter Counties that are homebound due to illness, recovery, disability or other causes that prevent them from leaving their home. Five nutritious meals are delivered once a week by our driver directly to the older adult’s door. Prior to receiving home-delivered meals, an assessment worker will make a home visit to determine eligibility.
