James Gallagher, Jim Nielsen introduce legislation to reduce wildfire risk

Assemblyman James Gallagher (R-Yuba City) and Sen. Jim Nielsen (R-Tehama) introduced state legislation last week they say will send more money towards utility infrastructure upgrades and forest fuel reduction projects.
