As attention shifts from Newsom’s refinery mandate that will drive up gas prices to his Low Carbon Fuel Standard update that will REALLY drive up gas prices, here’s a quick reminder that just one Assembly Democrat backed a Republican effort to delay the upcoming price hike.
By voting against delaying the LCFS update, Assembly Democrats endorsed Newsom’s plan to increase gas prices by up to 65 cents per gallon.
