SACRAMENTO – Today, Gov. Newsom announced that a state task force helped seize “an estimated nearly 7 million pills containing fentanyl.”
What prompted this splashy announcement that Newsom *thinks* he *almost* hit a milestone?
Politico reported this week that Newsom is working to sabotage an initiative cracking down on theft and fentanyl crimes with his own ballot measure – one that will leave out any additional penalties for drug crimes.
“Newsom is desperate to silence voters and mislead Californians into thinking he’s serious about stopping crime. He isn’t.” – Assembly Republican Leader James Gallagher.
